You will need to log into the client portal and cancel the services. Please contact support if you have problems with your log in.
We have a guide that shows how to do this here.
Please be aware you will need to pay the unpaid invoice if an invoice has been created for the service you wish to cancel. It will be to late to cancel the period the invoice is regarding.
Services cancelled via the client portal will not be invoiced for a new period and will be deleted when they expire.
