Retrieve authorization code for a domain being transferred away from PRO ISP

This guide shows how to proceed to retrieve the authorization code for a domain being transferred away from PRO ISP to a new registrar. This guide assumes that you have already logged in to the customer portal with your customer number.

Step 1:

  1. Click on your name in the menu.
  2. Choose "Domains" as shown in the screenshot below.

Choose Domains in home page of client portal.


Step 2:

  1. Find the domain you want to retrieve authorization code for in the list. Check that the domain has status "Cancelled. If the domain doesn't have status "Cancelled" you will not be able to retrieve the authorization code for the domain. The domain must be cancelled first. In this example we will retrieve the authorization code for dittdomene.net which is set to "Cancelled".
  2. Click "Get authorization code".

The authorization code will be returned:

The authorization code for the domain name is displayed.
