This guide will show you how to order a refund if you have available credit in your account with PRO ISP. The guide assumes you have logged into the client portal where the credit is located.
1. Click on your name in the menu.
2. Select "Invoice".
If there is credit available in your account this will be listed under "Credit".
Click "Credit" to order a refund.
If the currency for your account is EURO, refund through the client portal is not available. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for refunds.
1. The amount of credit you have will automatically appear under "Amount". You can lower the amount by entering the desired amount.
2. Your name will automatically apear.
3. Fill in the account number the refund will be transfered to.
4. Select "Refund".
