In most cases the error message is caused by the incorrect permissions for files and folders in the web hosting account. Files should normally have permissions 644 og 755. Installationinstructions for different scripts often contains error when it comes to permissions as they are intended for a different server set-up than the one we are using.
In rare cases permissions may have different settings. Under no circumstances should the permissions 777 be used.
Other cases can be when the .htaccess code contains something that may cause the error. Change the name of the .htaccess file and check if the website is working without it.
Also check the PHP version in your controlpanel under "Select PHP version". Try changing it to a different PHP version.
