The backup solution that is included takes an image of the virtual server at the exact moment you initiate it. As it is an image it is only possible to restore the entire server as it was at that moment, not only parts of the server. You are allowed to take one such backup and if you take more, the old will be overwritten. It is not possible to setup the backup to run automatically in certain intervals.

We recommend our customers to buy Acronis backup in addition with their virtual server to have a complete backup solution for their server. You will be able to setup the backup as you want. You can choose what to backup and when the backup will run. You have to manage the backup yourself. This includes setting it up in the server, restoring and similar.
