If you have an existing customer ID with us from before, you must log in to the customer pages.
Hold the mouse in the upper right corner above your name to bring up the menu. Then click "Customer profile". Scroll all the way down the page where you will find the "Link Account to Partner" setting. In this field you enter the unique code that you have received from your partner. Once the partner has approved the request, the partner will have full access to your customer ID and your services.
