If, contrary to expectation, we cannot achieve this in any month, your monthly bill will be discounted in proportion to how much downtime has occurred. You will receive 5% of the monthly web-hosting fee as a credit note on your next invoice for each half-hour of downtime that exceeds our 99.9% uptime guarantee. 99.9% uptime corresponds to approximately 43 minutes of downtime per month. This means that if you experience 44 minutes of downtime in a month, you will receive 5% of the monthly fee as a credit note in your next invoice. At 74 minutes you will receive 10% as a credit note, etc. 100% of the monthly fee is the maximum credit balance for one month.
